रोड़वेज की 306वीं बोर्ड बैठक में वर्ष 2022-23 के अंकेक्षित वार्षिक लेखो का हुआ अनुमोदन गत सभा में लिए गए निर्णयों की क्रियान्विति के साथ,
उडनदस्तों के निरीक्षण परिणामों की भी हुई समीक्षा

राजस्थान राज्य पथ परिवहन निगम की 306वीं संचालन मण्डल बैठक मंगलवार को रोड़वेज मुख्यालय पर निगम अध्यक्ष श्रीमती श्रेया गुहा की अध्यक्षता में सम्पन्न हुई।
बैठक में वित्तीय वर्ष 2022-23 के त्रैमासिक, अर्द्धवार्षिक अअंकेक्षित लेखों का निगम संचालक मण्डल ने अनुमोदन किया। बैठक में राज्य सरकार के निर्देषानुसार निगम एवं संवेदकों के मध्य सम्पादित किये जाने वाले सभी प्रकार के संविदात्मक करारों में आपसी मतभेद से निपटारे के लिए मध्यस्थता के प्रावधानो को हटाने का प्रस्ताव भी पारित किया गया। संचालक मण्डल ने स्पष्ट किया कि भविष्य में किये जाने वाले सभी संविदात्मक करारों में मध्यस्थता से सम्बन्धित कोई भी प्रावधान नही रखा जावेगा। इसके साथ ही निगम संचालक मण्डल की गत सभाओं में लिए गए निर्णयों की क्रियान्विति की समीक्षा की गई।
बैठक में समस्त आगारीय अन्तआर्गारीय और मुख्यालय उडनदस्तों द्वारा सम्पन्न निरीक्षण परिणामों का गत वर्ष से तुलनात्मक समीक्षा भी हुई। बैठक में निगम के पैंषन फण्ड की देखरेख एवं संरक्षण हेतु पूर्व में गठित न्यास मण्डल में संषोधित कर प्रबन्ध निदेषक को न्यास मण्डल का अध्यक्ष एवं वित्तीय सलाहकार को सदस्य सचिव मनोनित करने का प्रस्ताव भी पारित हुआ।
बैठक में वित्त विभाग के षासन सचिव नरेष कुमार ठकराल, परिवहन आयुक्त डॉ. मनीषा अरोड़ा, उत्तर पष्चिम रेलवे के प्रमुख मुख्य वाणिज्यिक प्रबन्धक नरसिह दास, भारत सरकार के सड़क परिवहन व राजमार्ग मंत्रालय के अवर सचिव तपन कुमार के अतिरिक्त निगम की कार्यकारी निदेषक (प्रषासन) श्रीमती अनिता मीना, कार्यकारी निदेषक (यातायात) डॉ. ज्योति चौहान, वित्तीय सलाहकार रामगोपाल पारीक, कार्यकारी निदेषक (विधि) विजय कुमार जैन तथा निगम सचिव रिजू जैकब उपस्थित रहें।
