चोटिला
शिवगंज के निकटवर्ती चोटिला गांव निवासी शंकरलाल पुत्र दरगाजी भील के परिवार पर पुत्री के ससुराल वालो ने परिवार के सदस्यों पर प्राणघातक हमला कर दिया। जिससे एक सदस्य भरत को काफी चोट लगने पर पालनपुर रैफर किया गया। भरत की स्थिति काफी नाजुक बनी हुई हैं, बताया जा रहा है की भरत कोमा में चला गया है।
विक्टिम शंकरलाल भील ने पुलिस को बताया कि आज से करीबन 01 साल पूर्व मेरी पुत्री धनिया को बदाराम लेकर चला गया था, जो धनिया को करीबन 5-6 माह अपने पास रखा तथा बदाराम द्वारा मेरी पुत्री के साथ मारपीट करने से मेरी पुत्री वापस हमारे घर आ गयी। जिस पर दोनो पक्षो के बीच विवाद चल रहा था। दिनांक 17.04.2024 शाम को करीबन 4-5 बजे सुमेरपुर से गावं चोटिला हमारे घर जा रहे थे तथा गांव चोटिला में ही हमारे घर के पास रास्ता रोककर भेराराम पुत्र रगाराम, फैन्सी देवी पत्नी भेराराम, मुकेश कुमार पुत्र भेराराम, बदाराम पुत्र भेराराम, मुकेश की पत्नी ईन्द्रदेवी, हवीया, पीका, उसीया पुत्रीया भेराराम, देशाराम पुत्र भुबाराम, दिनेश पुत्र भुबाराम, त्रिकमाराम पुत्र भुबाराम जाति भील, निवासीगण चोटिला व जमाई मुकेश कुमार पुत्र अनाजी ने हमारे परिवार पर धारदार हथियारों से हमला कर दिया।
जिससे मेरे परिवार के सदस्य चुनाराम पुत्र मकाराम, लक्ष्मण पुत्र मकाराम, वन्तु पत्नी लसाराम, भरत पुत्र शंकरजी, महेन्द्र पुत्र शंकरलाल को गंभीर चोटें आई है। जिसमें से भरत कुमार कोमा में चला गया है। जिसे पालनपुर, गुजरात एडमिट कराया हैं।
परिवादी शंकरलाल भील ने आरोप लगाया की इससे पहले भी लड़ाई हुई थी। पुलिस रिपोर्ट पर पुलिस ने केवल भेराराम पुत्र रगाराम, मुकेश पुत्र भेराराम, बदाराम पुत्र भेराराम को ही गिरफ्तार किया गया हैं तथा दुसरे मुल्जिमान को पुलिस द्वारा गिरफ्तार नहीं करने से दुसरे सभी मुल्जिमान खुले आम गांव में धारदार हथियार लेकर हम लोगो को जान से खत्म करने के ईरादे से घूम रहें हैं तथा पुलिस द्वारा शेष मुल्जिमानो को आज तक गिरफ्तार नहीं किया गया हैं जिससे शेष मुल्जिमान खुले आम घुम रहे वो कभी भी हमारे साथ प्राणघतक वार पुनः कर सकते हैं।
