उपखण्ड कार्यालय बाली क्षेत्र में कोठार स्वच्छता मिशन ग्राम पंचायत कोठार स्वच्छता अभियान साफ सफाई कराये जाने वाले कार्यो की जानकारी, गांव के आयुर्वेद अस्पताल के आगे, होली चौक, बालिका स्कूल के आगे नालियों को मिट्ठी पड़ी हुई रेती निकाली सब कार्यो का प्लान तैयार करना ग्राम पंचायत कोठार ग्राम विकास अधिकारी मोहनलाल, पूर्व सरपंच थानाराम प्रजापत, नरेगा मेट चुनीलाल, मेट अशोककुमार, 3,4, वार्ड सदस्य द्वारा बेहतर तरीके से प्लान तैयार कर ग्राम पंचायत को बेहतर बनाये जाने के बाद संबंधित ग्राम पंचायतें अपना प्लान तैयार करने के पश्चात् शासन द्वारा ग्राम पंचायत को ,स्वच्छता अभियान (ग्रामीण) के पंचायत कोठार सचिव और अन्य स्टाफ मौजूद थे.
