Method

1. Wash the brinjal, cut it into small pieces and sprinkle salt on it.
2. Heat oil in a pan and add onion and ginger-garlic paste.
3. When it turns golden, add tomatoes, coriander powder, turmeric, red chili powder, and salt.
4. Mix all the spices well and then add potatoes and brinjals.
5. Mix everything well and cover and cook on medium flame.
6. When the vegetables become soft, add green coriander and mix.

1. First of all, cut the paneer into small 1-inch pieces.
2. Heat oil in a pan and add grated onions to it. Then add ginger-garlic paste and fry till sante.
3. Now add pureed tomatoes, coriander powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix everything and fry well and cook until the spices leave oil.
4. Now add cream and mix well and cook.
5. Then add custard powder and honey and mix again and cook.
6. Now add chopped cheese and cover and cook on low flame.
